Organic Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)

For our textured products, we use only GMO-free seeds/beans. They are unique in their firm consistency and their natural, neutral flavour. They are rich in proteins (>52%) and extremely versatile. The structure and texture make them a high-quality alternative to meat in vegetarian cooking. They are made through the patented extrusion of vegetable flour and are available in the form of nuggets, mince, strips, cubes and medallions.

For our industrial customers, we offer our texturate proteins as well in 12 kg cartons or as big bags.
