This “Cerasuola” single-variety olive oil is obtained from organically farmed olives grown in the Valli Trapanesi P.D.O. (Protected Denomination of Origin) area — one of the most prestigious Sicilian P.D.O.s — to offer us an EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL with an intense fruitiness, a typical fragrance reminiscent of fresh fruit, and a pleasant almond aftertaste. Particularly suitable with vegetable soups, red meat, and all dishes based on bitter vegetables.
