Description
This single-variety extra-virgin olive oil is produced using green olives of the “Nocellara” variety, grown high in the hills and carefully pitted to produce an oil with a mild aroma, a sweet, delicate taste, and a unique density. Because the oil is extracted exclusively from the pulp of the olives, the result is a product free from tannins (present in the pit) and bitter substances (present in the small seed contained inside the pit). Its remarkable sweetness and sensual aroma make this olive oil the perfect partner for top pastry chefs! It is also ideal when used in fish dishes.
