RAFFINIERT
This new rapeseed variety was developed specially for repeated heating to high temperatures and is called “HOLL-rapeseed”. HOLL stands for High Oleic Low Linolenic (i.e. a high oleic acid content and low linolenic acid content). This refined Swiss rapeseed oil wins consumers over with its neutral flavour and is most suited to hot dishes and baking.
